Ghosts?

My dog Emmit is the best. He's such a cuddly bear, in fact, Gina calls him Teddy Boy because he's so adorable and sweet. We think he has a friend ghost. No seriously, our house has been visited by an unknown, there has been too many unexplained things happening. Emmit's sudden out of control barking being one of them. He's not a barker and never barks when people come over. He's genuinely pretty quiet, except when he's playing with Quinn. When we're in my room, sometimes he'll freeze at the end of my bed and pant with anxiety. It freaks me out because I don't know how to calm him down and I can't see what he's seeing. It's been studied that dogs can see the supernatural. Their eyesight is unique in that way due to their sensitivity to light and movement. In addition, human beings almost have a choice in what is seen; therefore we choose not to see what we don't want to especially where spirits are concerned. Dogs and cats don't have that ability. They live in each moment and see things for what they are. It's weird to think that Emmit may be seeing something that I can't and if he is, why does it freak him out? Why would it scare him when he doesn't know what a ghost is? Quinn was like that too for awhile. She'd stop and directly stare at what was to us...nothing. Her hair would stand up and her eyes would move across the room as if she was following something. It's creepy, yet fascinating at the same time. Is my baby seeing ghosts? Is it that a possibility?
